We will only use the information that we collect about you lawfully (in accordance with the Data Protection Act 1998). There are 2 reasons why we collect information from you: firstly, to process your application and second, to provide you with the best possible service and advice. We will not e-mail you in the future unless you have given us your consent and we will give you the chance to refuse any marketing email from us in the future.

You are entitled, under the Data Protection Act, to see a copy of any information we hold on you and we are happy to supply such information to you upon written request. If you find any inaccuracies we will delete or correct the information held on you promptly.

The personal information, which we hold, will be held on a secure, password-protected server. Only authorised personnel may access it. This is in accordance with our internal security policy and the Data Protection Act.

Our fees are usually up to 2% of the mortgage amount.

Your home may be repossessed if you do not keep up repayments on a mortgage or any debt secured on it.
